إدارة جاكرتا تغلق نادي ليلي في غرب جاكرتا

جاكرتا، اندونيسيا اليوم – اغلقت إدارة المدينة نادي ليلي في غرب جاكرتا مساء يوم الخميس عقب ادعاءات في سبتمبر الماضي بتوزيع المخدرات داخل المرقص.

وقال هاري ابرايتنو رئيس العمليات العامة في جاكرتا يوم الخميس “نحن، مسؤولون عن النظام العام، نوقف بشكل دائم انشطة الأعمال في ديسكوتيك الجوهرة اعتبارا من اليوم.”

وكان ديسكوتيك الجوهرة قد أغلق مؤقتا منذ سبتمبر / أيلول عندما اعتقلت الشرطة إندرا جايا بيليانغ، رئيس قسم البحث والتطوير التابع لحزب جولكار، وصديقيه بدعوى عقد حزب يضم المخدرات في المبنى.

وقال ان الاغلاق تم بنجاح دون مقاومة.

وفى وقت سابق قال الحاكم أنيس باسويدان أن الإدارة ستغلق الملهى الليلي على أساس انتهاك اللائحة رقم 6/2015 بشأن السياحة.

وقال “إننا نريد أن نكون جادين في القضاء على المخدرات، فبمجرد العثور على المخدرات، لن يكون بامكانها العمل.”

وفي وقت سابق من تشرين الأول / أكتوبر، أمر أنيس بإغلاق فندق أليكسيس وصالون التدليك في شمال جاكرتا بتهمة الدعارة. (مصطفى/جاكرتا بوست/معراج)

Jakarta, Indonesiaalyoum.com – City administration permanently closed Diamond Discotheque in West Jakarta on Thursday evening following allegations last September that drug distribution had occurred inside the venue.

“We, the public order officers, permanently stop business activities in Diamond Discotheque as of today,” the operation head of the Jakarta Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) Harry Aprayitno said on Thursday according to kompas.com.

Diamond Discotheque had been temporarily closed since September, when the police arrested Indra Jaya Piliang, the head of the Golkar Party’s research and development division, and his two friends for allegedly holding a party involving drugs at the premises.

The shutdown was successfully conducted without resistance, he said.

Earlier on Tuesday, Governor Anies Baswedan said the administration would close the nightclub on the grounds of the violation of Bylaw No. 6/2015 on Tourism.

“We want to be serious in eradicating drugs. Once the place is found to have drugs, it can no longer operate,” he said.

Previously in October, Anies ordered the shutdown of Alexis Hotel and massage parlor in North Jakarta for allegedly facilitating prostitution.
