إندونيسيا تمدد السكة الحديدية السريع جاكرتا وباندونغ يصل إلى مطار جاوة الغربية الجديد

جاكرتا، إندونيسيا اليوم – قال وزير النقل بودي كاريا سومادي يوم امس الأربعاء (25/10) أن الحكومة الإندونيسية ستمدد خط السكة الحديدية السريع جاكرتا باندونج إلى مطار كيرتاجتي الدولي الذي تم بناؤه حاليا في ماجالينجكا بجاوة الغربي.

وفقا لجاكرتا غلوب، قال بودي كاريا سومادي ان الحكومة تبحث عن مستثمرين جدد للتعاون مع كيريتا سيبات إندونيسيا – الصين وهى اتحاد صيني إندونيسي يدير مشروع القطار السريع لتمويل تمديد المسار.

وسيغطي هذا التوسيع أكثر من 63 كيلومترا – على خط مستقيم – شمال شرق محطة تيغالور في باندونغ (غرب جاوا) إلى كيرتاجي، مضيفا أن الطريق الذي يبعد 142 كيلومترا عن مطار حليم بيرداناكوسوما شرق جاكرتا.

وأضاف “كنا نريد أن يكون هذا الخيار الجديد للوصول إلى مطار قرطاجاتي“.

وهناك طريقتان توفران حاليا إمكانية الوصول إلى مطار كيرتاجاتي البالغ 1.69 بليون دولار من باندونغ، ولكن يتعين على الركاب أن يتنقلوا أكثر من 120 كيلومترا للوصول إلى المطار من عاصمة المقاطعة.

وتوقع الوزير أن يربط القطار السريع بين حليم بيرداناكوسوما وتيغالوار في 45 دقيقة وبين تيغالوار وكرتاجي في أكثر من 15 دقيقة.

ونظرت الحكومة أيضا في خيارات لربط مطار حليم بيرداناكوسوما ومطار سوكارنو هاتا الدولي بعبور السكك الحديدية الخفيفة أو مسار قطار سريع آخر.

وقال بودي “ان المبدأ الأساسي الذي اتفقنا عليه هو أن الجمهور يجب أن يكون قادرا على التمتع بوسائل نقل متعددة للوصول إلى هذه المطارات“.

ولم يكشف الوزير عن حجم الاستثمارات اللازمة لتوسيع مسار القطار السريع إلى قرطاجي. وتتكلف الخطة الحالية من حليم بيرداناكوسوما إلى تيغالوار 5.9 مليار دولار، بينما يتحمل بنك التنمية الصينى 75 في المائة من الاستثمارات.

وقال بودي “من الناحية المثالية، ينبغي أن يكون المستثمر الجديد من الصين أيضا“.

وستبدأ “كيرتاجي” عملياتها في يونيو من العام المقبل لتحل محل مطار حسين ساسترانيغارا الدولي المكتظ. ومن المتوقع أن تلبي الحكومة 5 ملايين من الركاب سنويا في السنوات الأولى من تشغيل المطار مع خطة لتوسيع طاقتها لتصل إلى 18 مليون راكبا. (مصطفى/جاكرتا غلوب/معراج)

Jakarta, Indonesiaalyoum.com – The government will extend the Jakarta-Bandung fast train rail track to the forthcoming Kertajati International Airport, currently being built in Majalengka, West Java, a minister said on Wednesday (25/10).

Transportation Minister Budi Karya Sumadi said the government is looking for new investors to cooperate with Kereta Cepat Indonesia China, a Sino-Indonesian consortium that is managing the fast train project, to finance the track extension.

The extension will cover more than 63 kilometers — in a straight line — to the northeast of Tegalluar station in Bandung, West Java, to Kertajati, adding to the 142 kilometer track from East Jakarta’s Halim Perdanakusuma Airport.

“We wanted that this would be the new option to access Kertajati Airport,” Budi said.

Two toll roads currently provide access to the $1.69 billion Kertajati Airport from Bandung, but passengers would have to drive more than 120 kilometers to reach the airport from the provincial capital.

The minister projected that the fast train could travel between Halim Perdanakusuma and Tegalluar in 45 minutes and between Tegalluar and Kertajati in just over 15 minutes.

The government has also considered options to link Halim Perdanakusuma and Soekarno Hatta International Airport with light rail transit or another fast train track.

“The basic principle that we have agreed upon is that the public should be able to enjoy multi-modes of transportation to access these airports,” Budi said.

The minister did not reveal how much investment would be needed to extend the fast train track to Kertajati. The current plan from Halim Perdanakusuma to Tegalluar would cost $5.9 billion, with the China Development Bank shouldering 75 percent of the investment.

“Ideally, the new investor should be from China as well,” Budi said.

Kertajati will start operations in June next year to replace the overcrowded Husein Sastranegara International Airport. The government has projected to cater to 5 million passengers annually in the airport’s first few years of operation, with a plan in place to expand its capacity to 18 million.
