إندونيسيا وقطر تبحثان توظيف العمالة في قطاعات الصحة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات

جاكرتا، إندونيسيا اليوم – بحثت وزارة حماية العمال المهاجرين الإندونيسيين ووزارة العمل القطرية سبل تعزيز التعاون في توظيف العمالة الإندونيسية الماهرة في قطاعات حيوية تشمل الصحة والضيافة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات.

وأكد وزير حماية العمال المهاجرين الإندونيسيين، عبد القادر كاردينغ، عقب اجتماع عقد في مقر الوزارة يوم الخميس: “لقد اتفقنا على بناء وتطوير التعاون بين البلدين في مجال توظيف العمال المهاجرين في دولة قطر”.

ويأتي هذا اللقاء استكمالاً لاجتماع سابق عقد يوم الأربعاء، حيث ناقش الطرفان آليات التعاون الممكنة لاستقطاب العمالة الإندونيسية.

وأوضح كاردينغ أنه خلال الاجتماع، تم تحديد عدة قطاعات ذات أولوية لهذا التعاون في توظيف العمال المهاجرين.

وتشمل هذه القطاعات مجالات الصحة، والضيافة، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، إلى جانب قطاعات أخرى لا تزال قيد الدراسة لاستكشاف إمكاناتها.

وأشاد كاردينغ بالتقدم الكبير الذي أحرزته قطر في إصلاح منظومتها لحماية العمالة.

وقال: “لقد صادقوا على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية المتعلقة بالتوظيف، كما أجروا إصلاحات إدارية ونظامية توفر ضمانات حقيقية للعمال المهاجرين من كافة البلدان”.

وأضاف أن هذا التقدم منحه ثقة أكبر بشأن فتح آفاق التعاون مع قطر في مجال توظيف العمال المهاجرين الإندونيسيين.

إلى جانب ذلك، تطرق الاجتماع إلى خطوات عملية لدمج بيانات التوظيف بين الحكومتين الإندونيسية والقطرية، بما يضمن تسجيل كافة بيانات العمال المهاجرين الإندونيسيين في قطر بشكل رسمي.

وأفاد: “لذلك، فإننا نعمل على دمج البيانات لتوفير المزيد من ضمانات الحماية لعمالنا”.

وأعرب كاردينغ عن تفاؤله بأن يتبع هذا الاجتماع الذي استمر يومين تشكيل فريق عمل مشترك لمناقشة تفاصيل التعاون، بما يسرّع من وتيرة تنفيذ عملية توظيف العمال المهاجرين الإندونيسيين في قطر.

وتابع الوزير: “في المستقبل القريب، سنشكل فريق عمل من الجانبين. ونأمل، إذا سارت الأمور كما هو مخطط لها، أن يتم تنفيذ التعاون في مجال التوظيف مع قطر قريباً”.

من جانبها، أعربت وكيلة وزارة العمل القطرية، الشيخة نجوى بنت عبد الرحمن آل ثاني، عن تقديرها لحفاوة الاستقبال الذي حظيت به خلال الاجتماع الذي استمر يومين.

ووصفت اللقاء بأنه أسفر عن حوار بناء، معربة عن أملها في أن يتجسد التعاون في توظيف العمال المهاجرين الإندونيسيين في قطر على أرض الواقع في القريب العاجل.

واختتمت قائلةً: “نحن ممتنون للغاية لسعادة الوزير والفريق بأكمله من الوزارة… على هذا الحوار البناء الذي سيحقق نتائج ملموسة في حياة العمال الإندونيسيين في دولة قطر”.

JAKARTA, INDONESIA ALYOUM – The Ministry for the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (KP2MI) and the Qatari Ministry of Labour are exploring cooperation in the placement of Indonesian migrant workers in the health, hospitality, and information and technology (IT) sectors.

“(We) have agreed and are working to build cooperation between the two countries in the placement of migrant workers in Qatar,” Minister of P2MI, Abdul Kadir Karding, informed after a meeting at the ministry here on Thursday.

At an earlier meeting on Wednesday, the two parties had discussed the potential for cooperation in worker placements in Qatar.

Karding said that during the meeting, the two parties discussed several priority sectors for cooperation in the placement of migrant workers.

The sectors include health, hospitality, and information and technology (IT), besides other sectors whose potential is still being explored.

Karding further noted that Qatar has achieved significant progress in reforming its employment protection system.

“They have even ratified the ILO (International Labour Organization) convention on employment, and they have also carried out bureaucratic reforms, system reforms that provide guarantees to migrant workers from all countries,” he said.

He added that this has made him even more confident about opening cooperation with Qatar in the placement of Indonesian migrant workers.

In addition, the meeting discussed steps to integrate employment data between the Indonesian and Qatari governments, so that all data on Indonesian migrant workers in Qatar can be recorded.

“So, we integrate the data to provide more guarantees for protection,” he said.

Karding expressed the hope that the two-day meeting would be followed up with the formation of a special task force to discuss the cooperation in greater detail, so that the placement of Indonesian migrant workers in Qatar can be carried out soon.

“In the near future, we will form a task force team from both sides. Hopefully, if there are no obstacles, the placement cooperation with Qatar can be implemented soon,” the minister added.

In the meantime, Undersecretary of the Minister of Labour of Qatar, Sheikha Najwa bint Abdulrahman Al Thani, expressed her appreciation for the hospitality shown by the ministry during their two-day meeting.

She said that the meeting resulted in constructive dialogue and expressed the hope that cooperation in the placement of Indonesian migrant workers in Qatar would be implemented soon.

“We are very grateful and thankful to His Excellency the Minister, General, and the entire team from the ministry… for a very constructive dialogue that is going to see real-life results for the lives of Indonesian workers in the state of Qatar,” she added.
