برابوو سوبيانتو في المرتبة ١٥ ضمن قائمة أكثر ٥٠٠ مسلم تأثيراً لعام ٢٠٢٦

جاكرتا، إندونيسيا اليوم – حلّ رئيس إندونيسيا برابوو سوبيانتو في المرتبة ١٥ ضمن قائمة «المسلمون الأكثر تأثيرًا في العالم» لعام ٢٠٢٦ الصادرة عن «المسلم ٥٠٠»، بحسب المركز الملكي للدراسات الاستراتيجية الإسلامية، في تصنيف يعكس حضورًا متناميًا لجاكرتا على الخريطة الإسلامية العالمية.

أورد المركز أن ترتيب برابوو جاء دون مرتبة ولي العهد السعودي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبد العزيز آل سعود، في سياق قائمة سنوية ترصد تأثير القيادات الدينية والسياسية والفكرية في العالم الإسلامي.

وتصدّر المراتب الثلاث الأولى كلٌّ من أمير قطر الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني أولًا، يليه مفتي باكستان الشيخ محمد تقي عثماني ثانيًا، ثم الشيخ الحبيب عمر بن حفيظ ثالثًا، وفق التقرير ذاته.

ومثّلت إندونيسيا أيضًا ضمن الخمسين الأوائل باسم يحيى خليل ستاقوف، رئيس مجلس «نهضة العلماء»، في إشارة إلى عمق الرصيد الديني والاجتماعي الإندونيسي في محيطه الإسلامي.

الملف والدوافع:

قالت «المسلم ٥٠٠» في التعريف ببرابوو إنه قائد قومي قوي يركّز على دفع التنمية الاقتصادية، وتعزيز أمن الغذاء، وانتهاج سياسة خارجية أكثر حضورًا وحزمًا.

لكن المسيرة السياسية لبرابوو شابتها جدالات مرتبطة بخدمته العسكرية؛ إذ وُجّهت إليه اتهامات بانتهاكات لحقوق الإنسان إبان احتلال تيمور الشرقية، وفي الأيام الأخيرة من عهد نظام سوهارتو عام ١٩٩٨، بما في ذلك الخطف المزعوم لناشطين مؤيدين للديمقراطية والتورط في قمع احتجاجات عنيفة.

وأفضت تلك الاتهامات في نهاية المطاف إلى إنهاء خدمته العسكرية عام ١٩٩٨ وفرض حظر مؤقت على دخوله الولايات المتحدة، في حين نفى برابوو باستمرار تلك المزاعم.

ومنذ توليه المنصب، أجرى برابوو تعديلًا وزاريًا واسعًا في سبتمبر/أيلول ٢٠٢٥، شمل تغيير شخصيات رئيسية من بينها وزير المالية، استجابةً لاحتجاجات وطنية تناولت أداء الشرطة وارتفاع كلفة المعيشة واتساع فجوة الدخل.

وأشارت «المسلم ٥٠٠» إلى امتلاكه أسلوب خطابة جذّابًا وقدرة ملحوظة على التواصل مع الناخبين في الأرياف والطبقات العاملة، فضلًا عن كونه مُمثّلًا لإندونيسيا في مسابقات دولية متعدّدة.

JAKARTA, INDONESIAALYOUM.COM – Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto has been ranked 15th in The Muslim 500: The World’s 500 Most Influential Muslims for the year 2026.

The listing, compiled by the Royal Islamic Strategic Studies Centre (RISSC), places Prabowo’s ranking below Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud (Prince MBS) of Saudi Arabia.

The top three positions are occupied by the Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani (first), followed by the Mufti of Pakistan, Sheikh Muhammad Taqi Usmani (second), and Sheikh Al Habib Umar bin Hafiz (third).

Indonesia is further represented in the top 50 by Yahya Cholil Staquf, Chairperson of the Nahdlatul Ulama (PBNU).

Profile and Rationale

In its profile, The Muslim 500 identifies Prabowo as a strong nationalist leader who emphasizes economic development, food security, and a more assertive foreign policy.

Prabowo’s political career, however, has been marked by controversies, particularly those linked to his military service. He was accused of committing human rights violations during Indonesia’s occupation of East Timor and in the final days of the Suharto regime in 1998. These allegations include the kidnapping of pro-democracy activists and involvement in the violent suppression of protests.

The accusations ultimately led to his dismissal from the military in 1998 and a temporary entry ban to the United States. Prabowo has consistently denied these allegations.

Since assuming office, Prabowo initiated a significant cabinet reshuffle in September 2025, replacing key figures such as the Finance Minister. This action came in response to national protests concerning issues like police conduct, the rising cost of living, and income inequality.

The Muslim 500 notes that Prabowo possesses a charismatic public speaking style and a notable ability to connect with both rural voters and the working class. Additionally, he is recognized for having represented Indonesia in various international competitions.
