الحكومة الإندونيسية تتعهد بتطبيق القانون على أنشطة مطار مجمع «إندونيسيا ماروالـي الصناعي»

جاكرتا، إندونيسيا اليوم — وجّه الرئيس برابوو سوبيانتو أوامر صارمة بتطبيق القانون على الأنشطة الجارية في مطار مجمع «إندونيسيا ماروالـي الصناعي» في سولاوسي الوسطى، وفق ما أفاد به مسؤول رسمي.

وقال وزير الطاقة والموارد المعدنية باهلـيل لاهـاداليا إن الحكومة ستتخذ إجراءات قانونية إذا توافرت أدلة على نشاط تعديني غير قانوني مرتبط بالمنطقة الصناعية.

وأضاف باهلـيل في بيان أدلى به في القصر الرئاسي بجاكرتا، يوم الخميس: «توجيهات الرئيس لنا، بوصفنا فريق العمل ووزارة الطاقة، هي تطبيق القواعد من دون استثناء. فالدولة لا يجوز أن تُهزَم بالمخالفات».

وأوضح أن وزارته لا تزال بانتظار تقارير المحققين بشأن مزاعم التعدين غير القانوني قرب مجمع «إندونيسيا ماروالـي الصناعي».

وفي سياق منفصل، نشر فريق عمل يقوده وزير الدفاع شـافري شـمس الدين مجموعةً لتنفيذ تمرين تشغيلي في مطار المجمع، فيما ذكر باهلـيل أنه لم يحضر المناورة.

ولدى سؤاله عن عمليات تعدين النيكل في المنطقة، أوضح باهلـيل أن نطاق مسؤولية وزارته يقتصر على التوصيات الخاصة بمراحل «التصنيع اللاحق» في قطاع النيكل.

كما أشار إلى أن أمن المطار ومرافقه يخضعان لصلاحيات وزارات فنية أخرى، وليس من اختصاص وزارة الطاقة.

وتابع: «تشرف وزارة الطاقة على شؤون التعدين، بما في ذلك التوصيات المتعلقة بالتصنيع اللاحق. لكن أمن المطار من مسؤولية الوزارة الفنية المختصة».

وفي الأثناء، أكدت وزارة النقل أن مطار مجمع «إندونيسيا ماروالـي الصناعي» في قرية فاطوفيا، بمنطقة باهودوبي في مقاطعة ماروالـي، مُسجّل رسمياً ومعترف به حكومياً.

وجاء هذا الإيضاح رداً على جدل عام مفاده أن المطار كان يعمل من دون إشراف حكومي.

وقال نائب وزير النقل سونتانا، الأربعاء، إن الوزارة نشرت موظفين للتحقق من الالتزام باللوائح الوطنية.

وأوضح أن موظفين من الجمارك والشرطة ووزارة النقل — بما في ذلك مديرية سلطة المطارات — تم إرسالهم إلى الموقع لضمان الإشراف المناسب.

وأضاف: «وضعنا عدداً من العناصر هناك — من الجمارك والشرطة ووزارة النقل. كما أن سلطة المطار موجودة في الموقع».

وشدّد سونتانا على أن مطار المجمع مُدرج رسمياً في سجلات الوزارة.

وقال: «إنه مسجّل. ولا يمكن أن يعمل المطار وهو غير مسجّل».

JAKARTA, INDONESIAALYOUM.COM – President Prabowo Subianto has ordered strict law enforcement regarding activities at the Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP) airport in Central Sulawesi, an official said.

Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Bahlil Lahadalia stated that the government will pursue legal action if evidence emerges of illegal mining linked to the industrial zone.

“The President’s directive to us, as the task force and as the Energy Ministry, is to enforce the rules—without exception. The state cannot be defeated by wrongdoing,” Bahlil said in a statement at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, Thursday.

He noted that his ministry is still awaiting reports from investigators on alleged illegal mining near the IMIP complex.

A separate task force led by Defense Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin has deployed a team for an operational drill at the IMIP airport, though Bahlil said he did not attend the exercise.

Asked about nickel mining operations in the area, Bahlil clarified that his ministry is responsible only for downstream recommendations in the nickel sector.

He added that airport security and facilities fall under the jurisdiction of other technical ministries, not the Energy Ministry.

“The Energy Ministry oversees mining matters, including downstream recommendations. But airport security is the responsibility of the relevant technical ministry,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Transportation Ministry affirmed that the IMIP airport in Fatufia Village, Bahodopi Subdistrict, Morowali District, is officially registered and recognized by the government.

The clarification followed public debate suggesting the airport had been operating without government oversight.

Deputy Transportation Minister Suntana said Wednesday that the ministry had deployed personnel to verify compliance with national regulations.

He explained that staff from customs, police, and the Transportation Ministry—including the Airport Authority Directorate—have been stationed at the site to ensure proper supervision.

“We have placed several personnel there—from customs, police, and the Transportation Ministry. The airport authority is also on-site,” he said.

Suntana stressed that the IMIP airport is formally listed in ministry records.

“It is registered. There is no way the airport is unregistered,” he said.
