إندونيسيا تبدأ خطواتها الأولى لنشر قوات حفظ السلام في غزة

جاكرتا، إندونيسيا اليوم — أكدت وزارة الدفاع الإندونيسية أن الجيش الوطني الإندونيسي شرع في إعداد الخطوات التمهيدية المتعلقة بإمكان نشر قوات لحفظ السلام في قطاع غزة. يأتي ذلك اتساقاً مع التزام الرئيس برابوو سوبيانتو بدعم مسار إرساء السلام في غزة عبر إيفاد قوات ضمن مهمة إنسانية وأمنية.

وقال رئيس مكتب المعلومات في وزارة الدفاع، العميد فريغا فرديناند ويناس إنكيري وانغ، إن «قيادة الأركان، عبر هيئة العمليات الخارجية، تُحضّر حالياً الخطوات الأولى وفق توجيهات رئيس جمهورية إندونيسيا السيد برابوو»، وذلك يوم الثلاثاء، ٢٨ أكتوبر/تشرين الأول ٢٠٢٥.

وأردف إنكيري وانغ أن هذه الخطوات الأولية ستُشكّل أساساً لتمكين الجيش الوطني الإندونيسي من إرسال قوات إلى غزة في إطار مهمة لحفظ السلام. ولم يُفصح عن تفاصيل تلك الخطوات، مؤكداً في المقابل استعداد المؤسسة العسكرية للتحرك فور صدور التكليف الرسمي من الرئيس.

وأوضح أن التنفيذ «ينتظر القرارات السياسية والتفويضات الرسمية من الأمم المتحدة و/أو القرارات الأممية ذات الصلة». ولفت إلى أن العملية ستسير وفق آليات التعاون متعدّد الأطراف بالتنسيق مع الأمم المتحدة والدول المعنية.

وسبق أن أكد رئيس مركز المعلومات في الجيش، اللواء من مشاة البحرية فريدي أرديانزه، أن المؤسسة العسكرية أعدّت قوة مهام مشتركة بقدرات خاصة ومتنوعة، تشمل أعمال الإنشاء والدعم الصحي لمقتضيات المهمة الإنسانية في غزة.

وقال أرديانزه إن «الوحدات المرجّح مشاركتها قد تضم عناصر من قوة مهام مشتركة للجيش بقدرات محددة في الهندسة الإنشائية المرتبطة بتحسين البنية التحتية، والدعم الصحي الميداني، وكذلك التأهيل النفسي».

وبحسبه، تُعد وحدات الهندسة العسكرية ركناً حاسماً لإعادة تأهيل البنية التحتية المتضررة بفعل الحرب في غزة. وإلى جانب الهندسة، فإن وجود الكوادر الطبية العسكرية ضروري لتقديم خدمات الرعاية البدنية والنفسية لضحايا الحرب.

كما سيُشرك الجيش قوات أمنية لضمان تنفيذ المهمة في غزة ضمن معايير السلامة. وعلى الرغم من اكتمال التحضيرات الأساسية، شدّد أرديانزه على أن الجيش سيبقى بانتظار قرار الحكومة المركزية بشأن إقرار نشر قوات حفظ السلام.

وفي الجوهر، أكد أن «الجيش الإندونيسي جاهز لتنفيذ كل قرار حكومي بمهنية وتناسب، مع التمسك دوماً بمبادئ السلام والمصلحة الوطنية لإندونيسيا، استناداً إلى الأطر القانونية الوطنية والدولية».

JAKARTA, INDONESIA ALYOUM – Indonesia’s Ministry of Defense has confirmed that the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) is currently planning the initial steps regarding the deployment of peacekeeping troops in the Gaza region. This is in line with President Prabowo Subianto’s commitment to support the establishment of peace in Gaza through the deployment of troops.

“At present, the TNI Headquarters through the Foreign Operations Staff (Sops TNI) is preparing the initial steps in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Prabowo,” said Brigadier General TNI Frega Ferdinand Wenas Inkiriwang, the Head of the Information Bureau (Karo Infohan) at the Ministry of Defense, on Tuesday, October 28, 2025.

Frega continued, stating that these initial steps would lay the groundwork for the TNI to send troops to Gaza for a peacekeeping mission. Frega did not elaborate on the specific steps being prepared by the TNI. However, he assured that the TNI would always be ready once given official orders from the president to send troops to Gaza.

“Implementation is awaiting political decisions and official mandates from the UN and/or relevant United Nations resolutions. This process will follow the mechanism of multilateral cooperation with the UN and relevant countries,” explained Frega.

Previously, the Head of Information Center (Kapuspen) of TNI, Major General TNI (Mar) Freddy Ardianzah, stated that the TNI has prepared a joint task force. This task force possesses various special capabilities, ranging from construction to providing healthcare services for humanitarian missions in Gaza.

“The units that are likely to be involved may consist of elements from the combined TNI task force with specific capabilities in engineering construction related to infrastructure improvements, field healthcare support, and psychological rehabilitation,” said Freddy.

According to Freddy, the TNI Engineering units are crucial in restoring the infrastructure damaged by the war in the Gaza area. In addition to the Engineering units, the presence of healthcare personnel from the TNI is also necessary to provide physical and psychological healthcare services to the victims of war.

The TNI will also deploy security forces to ensure that the peacekeeping mission in Gaza is carried out safely. Despite all preparations being made, Freddy stated that the TNI will still await orders from the central government for the confirmation of the peacekeeping troop deployment.

“In essence, the TNI is ready to carry out every government decision professionally, proportionally, and always upholding the principles of peace and the national interests of Indonesia, based on national and international legal standing,” explained Freddy.
