استقالة رئيس هيئة الخدمات المالية في إندونيسيا «مسؤولية أخلاقية» لدعم التعافي

جاكرتا، إندونيسيا اليوم — أعلنت هيئة الخدمات المالية الإندونيسية استقالة عدد من مسؤوليها، هم ماهيندرا سيريغار من منصبه رئيساً لمجلس مفوضي الهيئة، وإينارنو دجاجادي بصفته الرئيس التنفيذي للإشراف على سوق رأس المال والمشتقات المالية وبورصة الكربون.

وأضافت الهيئة أن آي. بي. أديتيا جاياانتارا، نائب المفوض للإشراف على المُصدِرين ومعاملات الأوراق المالية والتدقيقات الخاصة والمشتقات المالية وبورصة الكربون، قدّم بدوره استقالته.

وقال ماهيندرا سيريغار في بيان، الجمعة ٣٠ يناير/كانون الثاني ٢٠٢٦، إن هذه الاستقالة تأتي بوصفها «مسؤولية أخلاقية» لدعم إجراءات التعافي اللازمة.

وأوضحت الهيئة أن الاستقالات قُدمت رسمياً وفق القوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها، على أن تُستكمل الإجراءات وفق الآليات المنصوص عليها في القانون رقم ٢١ لسنة ٢٠١١ بشأن هيئة الخدمات المالية، كما عززها القانون رقم ٤ لسنة ٢٠٢٣ بشأن تعزيز وتطوير القطاع المالي.

وفي هذا السياق، ذكرت الهيئة أن مهام ومسؤوليات المسؤولين الثلاثة ستُدار بصورة مؤقتة وفق الأطر القانونية ومعايير الحوكمة السارية، بما يضمن استمرارية السياسات والرقابة وتقديم الخدمات للجمهور ولجهات قطاع الخدمات المالية.

وأكدت الهيئة التزامها بالحفاظ على ثقة الجمهور والجهات العاملة في قطاع الخدمات المالية، عبر تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة الرشيدة والشفافية والمساءلة في جميع إجراءاتها المؤسسية.

وسبق ذلك إعلان الرئيس المدير لبورصة إندونيسيا، إيمان رخمان، استقالته أيضاً، الجمعة.

وقال رخمان إن استقالته تأتي تعبيراً عن تحمّل المسؤولية إزاء التطورات الأخيرة في سوق رأس المال الإندونيسي.

وقال: «على الرغم من أن وضعنا تحسّن هذا الصباح، أود أن أبلغكم أنه بصفتي الرئيس المدير لبورصة إندونيسيا، ومن باب تحمّل المسؤولية عما حدث خلال اليومين الماضيين، أعلن استقالتي».

وعبّر في المناسبة نفسها عن أمله في أن يواصل سوق رأس المال الإندونيسي مساره الإيجابي.

وأضاف: «أتمنى كل الخير لسوق رأس المال لدينا. ومع استقالتي، آمل أن يسهم ذلك في تحسين سوق رأس المال».

وكانت بورصة إندونيسيا قد أوقفت التداول مؤقتاً، الخميس ٢٩ يناير/كانون الثاني ٢٠٢٦، عند الساعة ٩:٢٦ صباحاً بتوقيت نظام جاكرتا الآلي للتداول، عقب تراجع بنسبة ٨٪ في المؤشر المركب لجاكرتا.

وخلال الجلسة الأولى من التداول، هبط المؤشر المركب لجاكرتا بمقدار ٦٦٥٫٨٩ نقطة، أو بنسبة ٨٫٠٠٪، ليصل إلى مستوى ٧٬٦٥٤٫٦٦. واستؤنف التداول عند الساعة ٩:٥٦ صباحاً بتوقيت النظام نفسه من دون أي تغيير في جدول التداول.

JAKARTA, INDONESIAALYOUM.COM – The Financial Services Authority (OJK) announced the resignation of its officials, namely Mahendra Siregar as Chairman of the OJK Board of Commissioners, and Inarno Djajadi, Chief Executive for Capital Market, Financial Derivatives, and Carbon Exchange Supervision (KE PMDK).

In addition, I.B. Aditya Jayaantara as the Deputy Commissioner for Issuer Supervision, Securities Transactions, Special Audits, Financial Derivatives, and Carbon Exchange Supervision (DKTK) of OJK has also submitted his resignation.

Mahendra Siregar in a statement on Friday said that the resignation represents a moral responsibility to support the necessary recovery measures.

The resignation has been officially submitted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and will be further processed according to the mechanisms stipulated in Law Number 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority (OJK), as reinforced by Law Number 4 of 2023 concerning the Strengthening and Development of the Financial Sector (UU P2SK).

In this regard, the duties and responsibilities of the three officials will be temporarily carried out in accordance with applicable laws and governance to ensure the continuity of policies, supervision, and services to the public and financial services industry players.

On this occasion, the OJK conveyed its commitment to maintaining public trust and financial services industry players by implementing the principles of good governance, transparency, and accountability in all institutional processes.

Previously, President Director of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Iman Rachman, also announced his resignation this Friday.

According to Rachman, his resignation was a form of responsibility for the recent condition of the Indonesian capital market.

“Although our condition has improved this morning, I would like to convey that as the President Director of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and as a form of my responsibility for what happened the past two days, I hereby declare my resignation,” he stated.

On the occasion, he expressed his expectation that Indonesia’s capital market would remain on a positive trajectory.

“I hope for the best for our capital market. With my resignation, I hope it will improve our capital market,” he remarked.

On Thursday (January 29), the IDX temporarily halted trading at 9:26 a.m. Jakarta Automated Trading System (JATS) time, following an 8 percent decline in the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI).

During that first trading session, the JCI fell 665.89 points, or 8.00 percent, to 7,654.66. Trading resumed at 9:56 a.m. JATS time without any changes to the trading schedule.
