شمال بالي يستقطب استثماراً سياحياً بقيمة ١٥ مليون دولار

جاكرتا، إندونيسيا اليوم — يستعدّ شمال بالي لتلقّي استثمار سياحي جديد بقيمة ٢٥٠ مليار روبية (نحو ١٥ مليون دولار)، مع مُضيّ شركة «سارانا بيمبانغونان بالي» في تنفيذ مشاريع للضيافة وتطوير وجهات سياحية في المنطقة.

ويأتي الاستثمار من أموال الشركة الداخلية وشركاء أجانب، على أن يُطوَّر بالتعاون مع شركة «دوپين پاريڤيساتا إندونيسيا». وتركّز المشاريع على الفنادق والمناطق السياحية المتكاملة، في ظل ارتفاع الاهتمام بشمال بالي بالتوازي مع الخطط الرامية إلى بناء مطار جديد في الإقليم.

وقال الرئيس التنفيذي لـ«سارانا بيمبانغونان بالي»، مادِه هاريانثا، الثلاثاء، إنّ المشاريع ستُعطي أولوية لمبادئ السياحة المستدامة، بما في ذلك حماية البيئة، وصون الثقافة المحلية، وتمكين المجتمع.

وأوضح أنّ الشراكة مع «دوپين پاريڤيساتا» تُعدّ خطوة استراتيجية لتعزيز محفظة الشركة الاستثمارية طويلة الأجل في قطاع السياحة المستدامة.

وأضاف هاريانثا في جاكرتا: «إلى جانب رأسمالنا الذاتي، حصلنا على خطاب تفويض استثماري من مستثمرين أجانب لعام ٢٠٢٦ لتطوير مشاريع الفنادق والمناطق السياحية»، لافتاً إلى أنّ «دوپين» الشريك الأنسب بفضل سجله القوي كمستثمر في مشاريع كبرى للضيافة وتطوير الوجهات.

وأفاد بأنّ استثمار ٢٥٠ مليار روبية سيُنفَّذ على مراحل، بما يتماشى مع الجداول الزمنية للتطوير، وجاهزية الأراضي، وإجراءات التراخيص. وأشار إلى أنّ النهج المرحلي يهدف إلى إدارة المخاطر بحكمة، مع الحفاظ على المرونة في الاستجابة لديناميات سوق السياحة العالمية.

وقال: «يمتلك شمال بالي إمكانات استثنائية. ثمة حاجة واضحة إلى مرافق إقامة، ومناطق سياحية متكاملة، ونظام داعم. ونتوقّع أن يعمل هذا الاستثمار كمحرّك للتنمية».

من جهته، قال الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة «دوپين»، دوني پور، إنّ التعاون يعكس ثقةً قوية من جانب المستثمرين في نموذج أعمال المجموعة.

وأضاف: «نستعدّ لتعزيز هيكل التمويل من أجل التوسّع في عام ٢٠٢٦. هذه الشراكة لا تتعلق برأس المال فحسب، بل أيضاً بتكامل الشبكات والخبرات».

وتُعرف «دوپين پاريڤيساتا إندونيسيا» بدورها النشط في تطوير مشاريع الضيافة والمنتجعات والمناطق السياحية واسعة النطاق، سواءً كمستثمر استراتيجي أو كشريك تطوير.

وينسجم التعاون مع الجهود الأوسع لتطوير منظومة السياحة في شمال بالي، خصوصاً باعتباره منطقةً داعمة للمطار المزمع إنشاؤه في الشمال. ويُنظر إلى توافر الفنادق والمنتجعات والمرافق السياحية على أنّه عاملٌ حاسم لتحسين الربط وتوزيع تدفقات الزوار بصورة أكثر توازناً، بما يخفّف الضغط عن جنوب بالي.

وقال دوني: «إن أُنشئ المطار، فعلى المناطق المحيطة أن تكون جاهزة». وأردف: «الاستثمار السياحي ليس مباني فقط، بل يشمل أيضاً إنشاء مراكز جديدة للنمو الاقتصادي».

JAKARTA, INDONESIAALYOUM.COM – North Bali is set to receive fresh tourism investment worth Rp 250 billion (around $15 million) as Sarana Pembangunan Bali moves forward with new hospitality and destination projects in the region.

The investment, sourced from the company’s internal funds and foreign partners, will be developed in collaboration with Dopin Pariwisata Indonesia. The projects will focus on hotels and integrated tourism areas, as interest in North Bali has risen alongside plans to build a new airport in the region.

Sarana Pembangunan Bali Chief Executive Made Hariyantha said on Tuesday that the projects will prioritize sustainable tourism principles, including environmental protection, preservation of local culture, and community empowerment.

He said the partnership with Dopin Pariwisata is a strategic step to strengthen the company’s long-term investment portfolio in sustainable tourism.

“Beyond our own capital, we have secured a letter of investment mandate from foreign investors for 2026 to develop hotel and tourism projects,” Hariyantha said in Jakarta. “Dopin is the right partner, given its strong track record as an investor in major hospitality and destination projects.”

The Rp 250 billion investment will be deployed in stages, aligned with project development timelines as well as land readiness and permitting processes. Hariyantha said the phased approach is intended to manage risk prudently while maintaining flexibility in responding to global tourism market dynamics.

“North Bali has extraordinary potential. There is a clear need for accommodation facilities, integrated tourism zones, and a supporting ecosystem. We expect this investment to act as a catalyst,” he said.

Dopin Group President Director Donny Pur said the collaboration reflects strong investor confidence in Dopin’s business model.

“We are preparing to strengthen our financing structure for expansion in 2026. This partnership is not just about capital, but also about network synergies and experience,” Donny said.

Dopin Pariwisata Indonesia is known for its active role in large-scale hospitality, resort, and tourism-area developments, both as a strategic investor and as a development partner.

The collaboration aligns with broader efforts to develop North Bali’s tourism ecosystem, particularly as a supporting region for the planned North Bali Airport. Adequate hotels, resorts, and tourism facilities are seen as critical to improving connectivity and distributing visitor flows more evenly, reducing pressure on southern Bali.

“If the airport is built, the surrounding areas must be ready,” Donny said. “Tourism investment is not just about buildings, but about creating new centers of economic growth.”
