جاكرتا، إندونيسيا اليوم – قال دهنيل أنذار سيمانجونتاك رئيس جناح شباب المحمدية إنّه تجب على الشرطة أن تشرح ملابسات حول مقتل محمد جفري المشتبه فيه لصلته بالجماعة الارهابية بشكل علني حيث لقي مصرعه فى السجن بعد يوم من اعتقاله مع زوجته.
ومن خلاله، أضاف دهنيل قائلا يوم الأربعاء 14 من الشهر الجاري إنّه “سواء كان لجفري ارتباط أو صلة بالأرهابية أم لا، فإنّي أري أنّه تجب على الشرطة الكشف عن سبب الوفاة بشكل شفافة حتى لا تمهل سيادة القانون”.
ومن جانبه، ذكر رئيس جناح شباب المحمدية عن حالة ارهابية أخري مشتبه فيه وهو سايونو والذي توفي بشكل مشبوه وذلك بعد أربعة أيام من اعتقاله من قبل الشرطة.
وفى غضون ذلك، لم يتمكن رجال الشرطة بشرح وراء مقتل سايونو غير أنّ بعض اللجان لاستجلاء الحقائق تشكك فى أنّه تم تعذيبه من قبل الشرطة حيث عندما أعيدت الجثة إلى أسرته ظهرت من جسده أنه ملطخة بالدماء إضافة إلى آثار الضرب.
وعبّر دهنيل من خلاله، أنّه مثل هذه الحالات لن توقف عمليات الإرهابية بل ستنبت جذورها من جديد وتعيد إنتاجها، مضيفا إلى أنّ العديد من ملابسات المتعلقة لمقتل جفري لم تشرح بشكل واضح.
وكما طلب دهنيل من فرقة رجال الشرطة الوطنية لمكافحة الارهاب والقوات الخاصة والمفرزة 88 شرح نتائج تشريح الجثة بشكل علني مما سيجعل الجمهور على علم تام بذلك، ومن جانبه ستزيل الشكوك حول مقتله بيد الشرطة.
وقال دهنيل: “إنّ التشريح الأكثر استقلالية لا بد من القيام به أيضا، فإنّه سيثبت من خلاله ما إذا كان سبب وفاة جفري هو الاصابة بمرض أم هناك حدوث تعقيدات أو عوامل أخري، كما تزعم الشرطة.
وفى وقت سابق، أكّدت الشرطة الوطنية مصرع جفري بعدما اعتقلته القوات الخاصة دينسوس 88 مع زوجته أرديلا فى شارع سوديرمان فى حي سيبانكوه باندرامايو يوم 7 من الشهر الجاري. وقد دفن جثمانه فى تانجغاموس بمحافظ لامبونج الِإندونيسية يوم 10 فبراير الحالي.
ومن خلاله، فإنّ التهمة الموجّهة ضد جفري هى تورطه فى أنشطة الجماعة الارهابية فى البلاد مما أدي إلى اعتقاله، وكان يشتبه بأنّ له علاقة بأحد المدانين الارهابيين فى مؤسسة تشيبينانج الاصلاحية.

Jakarta, Indonesiaalyoum.com – The head of Muhammadiyah youth wing, Dahnil Anzar Simanjuntak said the police should be open towards the death of Muhammad Jefri, a terrorist suspect. He died in prison a day after being arrested with his wife.
“Whether he was linked to a terrorist network or not, I consider that police must be transparent and reveal the cause of death and don’t neglect the law,” said Dahnil on Wednesday (Feb 14).
Dahnil also mentioned about the case of another suspected terrorist, namely Siyono. He died suspiciously after four days under police custody.
There was no clear cause of death. However, some commissions suspected that the police tortured Siyono while he was detained, as his body had been returned to his family covered in blood and bruises.
Dahnil assessed those cases would not buried terrorism. Instead, it would reproduce the new terrorism. He also said many irregularities related to Jefri’s death.
He asked National Police’s anti-terrorism squad, Densus 88, to explain openly Jefri’s autopsy result. It will made the public well informed and the irregularities will not become slanders and charges against police.
“The more independent autopsy also needed to be done, it will prove whether the death of Jefri is because illness complication, as police stated or because of other factors,” Dahnil explained.
Earlier, National Police confirmed the death of Jefri. He was arrested by Densus 88 with his wife, Ardilla in Sudirman street, Cipancuh, Indramayu on last February 7. His body was buried in Tanggamus, Lampung on February 10.
Jefri was arrested for allegedly involved in the activities of terrorist group in Indonesia. He was suspected to have a relationship with one of the terrorist convicts at Cipinang Correctional Institution.
