جوكوي فى جانب سوسي بشأن السفينة الغارقة المثيرة للجدل

جاكرتا، اندونيسيا اليوم – أكّد الرئيس جوكو “جوكوي” ويدودو دعمه لوزيرة الشؤون البحرية والصيد البحري سوسي بوجياستي بشأن سياسة غرق السفينة.
ونقلا عن صحيفة كومباس دوت كوم، أشار رئيس الجمهورية جوكوي فى العاصمة يوم الأربعاء إلى “أنّ الغرق هو نتاج عدم انفاذ القانون، ولذلك لا يمكننا التسامح مع الصيد غير المشروع”.

ومن جانبه، دعا نائب رئيس الجمهورية يوسف كالا ووزير الشؤون البحرية المنسق لوهوت باندجايتان إلى وقف تنفيذ هذه السياسة حيث إنّ الحكومة قد غرقت لها أكثر من 360 سفينة منذ بدء عملية حملة فرض النظام.

ومع ذلك، شدّد رئيس الجمهورية إلى أنّ سياسة التى فرضتها الوزيرة هي فى مصلحة الشعب.

وفى غضون ذلك، قالت سوسي إنّ سياستها تقوم على تعليمات من الرئيس جوكوي، “أصدر باك جوكوي أمرا لنا بإلغاء العقوبات الصارمة. ولذلك، قمنا بتنفيذ الحكم المنصوص عليه فى القانون رقم 45/2009 بشأن حق السماكة”

ورغم ذلك، أبلغ الرئيس جوكوي أيضا الوزيرة بأن إدارتها تجب عليها أن تركّز بشكل أكبر على زيادة مساهمة القطاع البحري فى الاقتصاد. وأضاف قائلا “لذلك ابلغت للوزيرة سوسي بالتركيز على تصنيع المنتجات السمكية للتصدير لأنّ صادراتنا فى القطاع قد انخفضت.

Jakarta, Indonesiaalyoum.com – President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo supports Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Minister Susi Pudjiasti’s boat-sinking policy.

“The sinking is a form of law enforcement. It is to show that we do not tolerate illegal fishing,” said Jokowi in Jakarta on Wednesday as reported by kompas.com.

Vice President Jusuf Kalla and Coordinating Maritime Affairs Minister Luhut Pandjaitan called on Susi to stop the implementation of the policy as the government had sunk more than 360 ships since the crack down started in 2015.

Jokowi said any policy introduced by the minister was in the best interest of the people.

Meanwhile, Susi said her policy was based on instruction from President Jokowi. “Pak Jokowi ordered us hand down tough punishments. Therefore, we implemented the ruling stipulated in Law No. 45/2009 on fisheries,” she said.

Jokowi, however, also told Susi that the ministry should focus more on increasing the maritime sector’s contribution to the economy. “Therefore, I told Ibu Susi to concentrate on the manufacturing of fishery products for export because our exports [in this sector] have decreased,” the President added.
