«إيرآسيا» تُجيز الحجاب للمضيفات ضمن سياسة زي ٢٠٢٦ وإطلاقها في رمضان

جاكرتا، إندونيسيا اليوم — أعلنت شركة الطيران «إيرآسيا» تحديث سياسة زيّ طواقم الضيافة، بما يتيح للمضيفات ارتداء الحجاب أثناء أداء العمل، لمن ترغب منهنّ. ومن المقرر إطلاق الزيّ المحدّث في الربع ١ من عام ٢٠٢٦، بالتزامن مع شهر رمضان.

وقال بو لينغام، الرئيس التنفيذي للمجموعة في «إيرآسيا للطيران»، إن «هذه خطوة من «إيرآسيا» لضمان أن يتمكن كل «آلستارز» (الاسم الذي تطلقه الشركة على أفراد طواقمها) من العمل براحة وثقة أينما كانت وجهة العمل»، وذلك في بيان تلقّته «تيمبو» الجمعة ٠٥ ديسمبر/كانون الأول ٢٠٢٥.

وأوضح لينغام أنّ السياسة تنسجم مع ثقافة «الإنسان أولاً» في الشركة ومع التزامها بالتطوير المستمر استناداً إلى ملاحظات الموظفين والجمهور. وأضاف: «تسعى «إيرآسيا» إلى توفير بيئة عمل يشعر فيها كل موظف بالثقة والارتياح والفخر بتمثيل الشركة على جميع الخطوط».

وأشار إلى أنّ التحديث يعكس تطوّر «إيرآسيا» كناقلة عالمية ذات قوى عاملة متنوّعة، تعبّر عن المجتمعات والثقافات التي تصل بينها يومياً. وقال: «لطالما راعى زيّنا الرسمي احترافية العمل وسلامته وراحته، ويعزّز هذا التطوير تلك الأسس بمنح الموظفين مساحة لتمثيل «إيرآسيا» وفق قناعاتهم».

وكانت مضيفات «إيرآسيا» يرتدين الحجاب سابقاً على بعض الوجهات، مثل جدّة، التزاماً بالأنظمة المحلية. ويمدّ هذا التحديث المرونة لتشمل جميع المضيفات اللواتي يفضّلن ارتداء الحجاب، مع الحفاظ على الاتساق عبر شبكة رحلات «إيرآسيا» من دون المساس بالهوية المهنية وخصائص العلامة.

وقالت سهيلة حسن، رئيسة قسم طواقم المقصورة بالمجموعة، إنّ «آلستارز» في «إيرآسيا» يأتون من خلفيات وثقافات ومعتقدات متنوّعة، لكن يجمعهم التزام واحد بتقديم خدمة بمعايير عالمية للضيوف، وهو ما تعكسه الجوائز المتعددة التي تنالها الشركة سنوياً.

وتُجسّد السياسة روح التنوع والدينامية التي تميّز «إيرآسيا». وأضافت حسن: «سنواصل جمع المدخلات من «آلستارز» والعمل معهم في وضع تفاصيل التصميم وآليات التطبيق قبل دخول السياسة حيّز النفاذ. ونأمل أن يبدأ ذلك خلال شهر رمضان من عام ٢٠٢٦».

وفي السياق نفسه، قال توني فرنانديز، الرئيس التنفيذي لـ«كابيتال إيه»، إن من أبرز نقاط قوة «إيرآسيا» تنوّع «آلستارز» وصوتهم المسموع داخل الشركة. وأردف: «حين ينقل أفراد طواقم المقصورة هذه المطالب إلى الإدارة، يصبح من المهم أن نصغي».

وأوضح فرنانديز أنّ اختلاف الآراء والقناعات جزء من الثقافة وعامل مهم أسهم في نجاح «إيرآسيا» حتى الآن. وقال: «هكذا ننمو؛ بالتكيّف المستمر، مسترشدين بأصوات موظفينا».

وسيستمر الزيّ الأحمر الأيقوني لـ«إيرآسيا» مع خيار الحجاب والسراويل المصمّمة مهنياً، على غرار ما ترتديه الطواقم على خط جدّة. ويضمن ذلك الراحة والسلامة وثبات الهوية البصرية للعلامة عبر شبكة الشركة.

JAKARTA, INDONESIAALYOUM.COM – The AirAsia airline has announced the update of the uniform policy for cabin crew, allowing female crew members to wear a hijab while on duty if they wish. The new cabin crew uniform will be launched in the first quarter of 2026, coinciding with the month of Ramadan.

“This is AirAsia’s step to ensure that every Allstar (term for AirAsia cabin crew) can work comfortably and confidently wherever they are assigned,” said Group CEO AirAsia Aviation Group, Bo Lingam, in a statement received by Tempo on Friday, December 5, 2025.

According to Bo Lingam, this policy is in line with AirAsia’s people-first culture and the company’s commitment to continuous development based on feedback from employees and the public. “AirAsia strives to create a work environment where every AirAsia employee feels confident, comfortable, and proud to represent the airline on all served routes,” he said.

Bo Lingam stated that this update reflects AirAsia’s development as a global airline with a diverse workforce, reflecting the communities and cultures that we connect with every day. “Our uniforms always prioritize professionalism, safety, and comfort, and this development strengthens the foundation by providing space for employees to continue representing AirAsia according to their beliefs.”

Previously, AirAsia cabin crew had been wearing hijab on certain routes, such as Jeddah, which required it according to local regulations. This update extends the flexibility to all female crew members who choose to wear a hijab, while maintaining consistency across the AirAsia flight network without compromising the airline’s professional identity and characteristics.

Group Head of Cabin Crew Department, Suhaila Hassan, added that our AirAsia Allstars come from various backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs, but are united by the same commitment to provide world-class service to guests, as reflected in the various airline awards we receive every year.

This policy reflects the spirit of diversity and dynamics that are characteristic of AirAsia. “We will continue to gather input from Allstars and work with them in drafting the design details and its implementation before this policy is enforced. Our hope is that this can start during Ramadan in 2026,” said Suhaila.

In line with this, CEO of Capital A, Tony Fernandes, said that one of AirAsia’s greatest strengths is its diverse and vocal Allstars. “When cabin crew convey this to management, it is important for us to listen,” said Tony.

The iconic red AirAsia uniform will continue to be used, with the option of hijab and professionally designed trousers as previously worn by crew on the Jeddah route. This ensures comfort, safety, and consistent brand identity throughout the airline network.
